The Cancer Care Resource Directory provides a listing of organizations relevant to all the cancer professional disciplines, as well as listing of patient centered organizations that provide resources for breast cancer survivors. This is a directory listing compiled for Oncologists and cancer care professionals looking for breast cancer resources and organizations.

Focus under Forty

Focus Under Forty is a new educational module offered by the  American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), through its educational site, ASCO University.  This module instructs the clinician in the uniques aspects of Survivorship for young adults post treatment.


Sharsheret provides educational resources for individuals and health care professionals regarding inherited breast and ovarian cancer syndromes.  These inherited syndromes often involve the BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 gene mutations, and are frequently inhertited by persons of Eastern European ( Ashkenazi ) Jewish heritage.  This link will lead to an organization that provides a number of educational resources for survivors and health care professionals regarding this issue.

American Society of Clinical Oncology (

The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) is the largest professional society of physicians dedicated to the clinical science of cancer care.  Founded in 1964, the organization provides education, research, patient education and support, and leadership in a diverse set of issues facing the field of cancer care.

National Coalition of Oncology Nurse Navigators

The National  Coalition of Oncology Nurse Navigators provides resources and programs for Nurse Navigators around the United States.  The organization's website also provides a resource directory of other cancer support organizations.
