Cancer Care, based in New York City, provides educational, financial, and psychosocial resources for persons facing breast cancer.

Psychosocial counselling is offered through this website, as well as educational programs in a variety of media formats.  Cancer Care mainstains resources for Survivorship.

Breakaway from Cancer

Breakaway from Cancer was founded by Amgen Pharmaceuticals in 2005.  The organization partners with: the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship,  the Cancer Support Community, the Patient Advocate Foundation, and the Prevent Cancer Foundation to provide a cancer survivor with educational, supportive,and financial tools.  Their website is:

The National Comprehensive Cancer Network Breast Cancer Survivor Guidebook

The National Comprehensive Cancer Network is a consortium of more than twenty of the nation's leading cancer centers working together to provide standard guidelines for cancer providers.  This organization has also developed patient focused guidelines for breast cancer survivorship.

'Young and Strong' Program Addresses Multiple Needs of Women in 40s and Younger Women Diagnosed with Breast Cancer
